What is your return policy?
- All items may be returned within ten days of delivery. There are certain limitations however. The limitations are as follows:
- Items marked as "Closeout" are not returnable.
- We cannot accept items that are not in the original condition.
- The returned items must be unaltered, undamaged, and in factory condition.
- All tags and packaging must be included.
- Due to the nature of the hairgoods industry, we find it necessary to charge a 10% restocking fee. (For example if you made a purchase of $60.00 plus tax, but then changed your mind after receiving the order, there would be a $6.00 charge).
- We do not offer refunds! Credit issued is good towards exchanges or store credit only which have no termination date.
*Please note*: The above limitations do not apply if the shipment is not what you ordered or is defective.
How do I return items I am not satisfied with?
- If at any time within 10 days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, mail it back to us. You must include a copy of the original invoice, a note of explanation, and your phone number (or email address) with your return.
