Shipping Options

Our regular shipping service varies between United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. The base shipping & handling fee is  $7.50  for a single wig or accessory/supply that is  less than one pound . Additional items will increase this cost by a small increment.

In all cases we will only charge our base fee plus the actual cost of shipping additional items

All orders will ship within four business days or you will receive notification from us about why there is a delay. Shipping time varies by distance, so if you live in the West you should receive your items six to seven days after placing your order, and, if you live in the East it should be about nine days.

If you need your merchandise quickly, here are your options:

• Direct overnight = $30 for single item
• Direct second day = $20 for single item
• Direct three day = $17 for single item.

FACTORY DIRECT SHIPMENTS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT This applies only to Jon Renau and Tony of Beverly.

All of our Rush shipments come via UPS to a street address. Sorry, we cannot provide Rush delivery to a Post Office Box.

The deadline for receiving factory direct orders varies by manufacturer, so please contact us as early as possible so we can get the order processed on the first day.

Overnight Delivery on Saturday is available for $38.00. Please contact us via telephone or email if Saturday Delivery is necessary for you.

If you want your merchandise shipped via Federal Express, please supply us with your FedEx account number.

If your merchandise arrives damaged during transit, you may refuse it at no cost to you, just tell the driver. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after they are received except on week-ends and holidays.

Out-of-stock items are ordered from the manufacturer that same day. It usually takes two to three business days for the merchandise to reach us. If we or the manufacturer is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately.

Occasionally the manufacturer is Out-of-stock. In which case there is an additional delay. Usually the delay is less than two weeks, but on very rare occasions it can be three or more months. In all cases you will notify you.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the shipping method. The approximate delivery times for UPS Ground shipments are as follows: ( see  UPS shipping map  ) Alaska or Hawaii orders will ship via UPS Two Day Air.
