Shipping Options

Free shipping to Continental US addresses is available for most orders over $100 and selected products as indicated. If you select free shipping or forget to select a shipping method, we will contact you if we are unable to offer the free shipping for your order. For Paypal orders, it is best to contact us in advance to find out if your order will qualify for free shipping.

Our regular shipping service varies between United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. The base shipping & handling fee is  $9.75  for a single wig or accessory/supply that is  less than one pound . Additional items will increase this cost by a small increment.

Orders will ship within four business days (except free shipping may take up to 8 business days before shipping). If there will be a longer delay, you will receive notification from us about why there is a delay. You may contact us at any time to find out the status of your order or request a tracking number when your order is shipped.

If you need your merchandise quickly, you can choose 2 or 3 day shipping options. If your order can't be shipped within 48 hours, we will contact you. For Overnight shipments, please call or email us.

Almost all of our Rush shipments come via UPS to a street address. Sorry, we cannot provide Rush delivery to a Post Office Box.

Overnight Delivery on Saturday is available for extra. Please contact us via telephone or email if Saturday Delivery is necessary for you.

International Shipments are currently available for most products. The Free shipping offers do not apply to International Orders at this time.

If you want your package shipped Federal Express, please supply us with your Fed Ex account number.

If you want your merchandise shipped via Federal Express, please supply us with your FedEx account number.

If your merchandise arrives damaged during transit, you may refuse it at no cost to you, just tell the driver. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after they are received except on week-ends and holidays.

Out-of-stock items are ordered from the manufacturer that same day. It usually takes two to three business days for the merchandise to reach us. If we or the manufacturer is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately.

Occasionally the manufacturer is Out-of-stock. In which case there is an additional delay. Usually the delay is less than two weeks, but on very rare occasions it can be three or more months. In all cases you will notify you.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery time depends on the shipping method. The approximate delivery times for UPS Ground shipments are as follows: ( see  UPS shipping map  ) Alaska or Hawaii orders will ship via UPS Two Day Air.

• Regular shipping (6-9 days) - $9.75 + $1.50 per item



• 3 day UPS, Direct - $22.00 + $1.50 per item



• 2 day UPS, Direct - $27.00 + $2 per item



• International shipping - $38.00 + $2.00 per item


Note: You may email us after you receive your order and request that we review the shipping cost to see if we can offer a partial refund of the shipping cost if the actual shipping and handling cost is lower than charged.
